This gorgeous 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Villa is one of two homes that are all on ONE floor. Located right in front of the ocean, on the first floor our two-story OCEANFRONT duplex. This generously designed floor plan has stunning views of the ocean. Being closest to the ocean you have spectacular views of the sandy beach!
Enjoy the view from the colorful and comfortably designed living and dining room area. Savor a home-cooked meal overlooking the ocean in Dulcinea’s large and fully equipped kitchen. This open floor plan offers tastefully curated Mexican finishes from all around Mexico.
The Master Bedroom has a huge en-suite bathroom, a small private garden, a blissful king size bed as well as an extra built-in couch which could be used as an extra sleeping space. The secondary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and two twins that can be placed together to make a comfortable king size bed. The third Bedroom also has 2 twin size beds that can be pushed together to form a king plus a comfortable built-in sofa bed that can be used to sleep or just to curl up and relax. This bedroom has access to the third bathroom.
Fall asleep and awaken to the music of the waves.
All bedrooms have A/C. If you need an extra 4th bedroom, the Casita Studio may be available.

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Bernardo’s place. The 5 of us had plenty of room and everything we needed. We loved that the place was at a quieter end of the beach but only a short walk into downtown.

Beautiful beach front house
My husband and I went to Sayulita for a wedding and stayed in Dulcinea in Las Hamacas. Bride and groom have reserved all 6 houses for family and friends so we had the entire complex to ourselves!!! Every night everyone hung on the front porch of Dulcinea, observed breathtaking sunsets and went for swims in the ocean. Perfect spot to relax! Far enough from town to avoid the noise yet within a walking distance to downtown. I'd definitely recommend it and will try to come back in the near future!!!

Amazing Vacation!
This was the best vacation I have ever had with my family. It was so great not having a TV, phones etc. The house is amazing, really large and works great for a family or families. Location can not be beat. The pool is not the best, hence we spent no time there. But with the beach right there, why would you! Sophia the manager was just great! She helped coordinate someone to cook for us, which was her Mother! Amazing!!! Great vacation and great town.

We came to Sayulita for a wedding. The view was to die for, the accommodation gorgeous; the staff were wonderful and couldn't have been more accommodating, vendors came by to sell muffins etc., it was heaven and if anyone is physically challenged; all on one floor!

Excellent !!!! What a view!
Our family and friends were in Sayulita for our daughter's wedding. 67+ in total. Everything was perfect and we all had the best time. Would highly recommend Dulcinea to anyone. Being on the beach it was a meeting place for all.

Extraordinary Views!
Dulcinea is my absolute favorite place to rent in Sayulita! The manager is extremely helpful. The view of the beach is wonderful-you are right there! You can walk to town along the beach and have dinner at one of the many restaurants, or grill your own dinner on one of the BBQs around the pool. Don't forget to sit on the deck and watch the subset-AHHHHH!

Peaceful, right next to the beach, easy walk to town!We stayed at Las Hamacas for a week for a family wedding. We could not have picked a better place!! We were all able to stay in one compound (upwards of 40 people) which made it so convenient to see everyone! There is a lovely pool on the premises, and the beach is right at the end of a little walkway. My 84 year old mother was able to make the walk with ease. The rooms are clea, spacious, with comfortable beds, overhead fans, and small air conditioners. The bathrooms are magnificent! Beautiful stone shower stalls that make you feel like you are outside in nature! Every day, maids will come though the villa and keep it spic and span! Remember to leave a tip for them when you leave :)We loved eating breakfast at the Northside cafe every morning. They have the best fresh orange juice, breakfast burritos and banana pancakes! We also loved La Rustica...a wonderful Italian restaurant in the center of town. Their thin crust pizza is delicious!!!We rented golf carts which make cruising around town a delight. Although we were happy to get in the extra exercise by walking everywhere (it is all very close), the carts are nice when you are too tired from shopping and it's getting hot. Remember to bring comfortable walking sandals for getting around...the downtown area is all cobblestones...murder on the feet and ankles. Only bring out those high heels if you have a ride!I highly recommend this villa for your next Sayulita stay. (We are already considering coming back again next year for the wedding party's first anniversary). The housekeeping service was great, plenty of towels, clean water, property managers were very helpful and accessible for questions, etc. The air conditioner worked great also (which is key in July.) The only drawback was that the internet was intermittent (I guess that's typical for this area, but would have been nice to know.)Favorite restaurants - Mary's (chili rellenos) and Medusa's (seafood). This cute, small 1 bedroom studio with A/C, has its own kitchenette, a sitting area, and a QUEEN SIZE BED. It's the perfect add on to any of our 3 Bedroom houses if you are looking for a 4th Bedroom. There is no ocean view but this Casita shares all the amenities with all the Casas with the beach and ocean very close by. The Casita has no Wifi but the common areas at Hamacas do.Its a great addition to one of our Casas!
