As you enter this bright two-story house which overlooks the ocean and our main pool area, you will be charmed by the magically framed OCEAN VIEW which includes the turquoise cupolas of our other Casas. Casa Pavo Real is perched on the top part of the property next to Casa Garcetas. The main living room features an expansive and flawlessly crafted enclosed palapa. The interiors design is colorful yet peaceful highlighting beautiful Mexican art. A large and fully equipped kitchen area looks out to an exterior terrace with two oversized daybeds for ultimate relaxation. The Master Bedroom is located on this floor and features a king-sized bed, an extra built-in sofa/ sleeping space and an ensuite bathroom.
On the first floor, a hallway divides the two spacious bedrooms adding an additional layer of privacy. Each bedroom has two twins when placed together can form a comfortable king. Additionally, each bedroom has a comfortable built-in sofa/sleeping space and an ensuite bathroom. The open format terrace features chaise lounges, tables and chairs and an additional kitchen area. The terrace stairs lead to the pool and the walkway to the beach.

Perfect for our family
We loved our stay at Las Hamacas! The property in Sayulita is beautiful and the house is spacious & amazing. Super clean. Went with my parents and my two children (6&8). The kids had an amazing time in the pool and beach. Easy to walk to northside cafe and Sayulita center shops and restaurants. An amazing area of the beach. Cannot wait to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Pavo Real in Las Hamacas. Location is perfect with easy town access but enough removed from the center to be quiet at night. Beach is right there and fun but not a swimming beach for kids due to shallow break and strong riptide, just FYI. But the kids had a blast building sand castles and chasing waves and the grown ups found the beach massages and cocktails convenient as well! Plus the pool is lovely. Laura is an amazing and attentive front desk host and we had a phenomenal local cook arranged by her. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely the best vacation rental ever!
Amazing stay at Pavo Real. The house is very very clean and loved the true mexican decor throughout. Stunning views from the roof top patio and refreshing pool within steps from your back door with an outdoor beer fridge. We felt safe and secure at all times with helpful staff around during the day. We will definitely be back and highly recommend renting.

Wonderful Christmas at Pavo Real
Our family of eight, six adults and two children, had an amazing eight days at Casa Pavo Real over Christmas. My expectations were more than exceeded when I arrived at the authentically Mexican house loaded with character, charm and tons of room! We enjoyed the many patios, swimming pool at the foot of our stairs and the 3 minute walk to the beach. The 10 minute walk into town offered restaurants, groceries and all one could need. Alex, the manager on site was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I hope to enjoy this wonderful place again and would highly recommend it to all I know.

We rented a car through geeko. Very easy. And we also ended up getting a golf cart in town. Mainly to drop off and pick up and to let the teens have some fun driving around. It was nice to be able to get up early and surf, then chill at the pool. The place itself was beautiful. Air conditioning in the rooms was needed and worked well. We have a few rentals ourselves. Nothing is perfect ever anywhere but everything was good enough to not matter. The maid service daily was great. While it is the home in the back of the complex, its front door is close to the entrance, meaning to you don't have to lug your suitcases down/up any stairs! The ocean view was amazing! I love the layout in the home. There are 3 master bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The rooms are all very private with their own A/C. The back patio has the view and access to the pool. The front entrance has an outdoor kitchenette, and the top balcony has the view of the ocean. The full kitchen located had utensils, pots, pans, plats, cups, mugs, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave and Jasmin came daily to tidy up the home. We used the round trip shuttle service to and from the airport that included a stop at the Mega supermarket. You will need to purchase everything for the home including spices and condiments. Peaceful, right next to the beach, easy walk to town!We stayed at Las Hamacas for a week for a family wedding. We could not have picked a better place!! We were all able to stay in one compound (upwards of 40 people) which made it so convenient to see everyone! There is a lovely pool on the premises, and the beach is right at the end of a little walkway. My 84 year old mother was able to make the walk with ease. The rooms are clea, spacious, with comfortable beds, overhead fans, and small air conditioners. The bathrooms are magnificent! Beautiful stone shower stalls that make you feel like you are outside in nature! Every day, maids will come though the villa and keep it spic and span! Remember to leave a tip for them when you leave :)We loved eating breakfast at the Northside cafe every morning. They have the best fresh orange juice, breakfast burritos and banana pancakes! We also loved La Rustica...a wonderful Italian restaurant in the center of town. Their thin crust pizza is delicious!!!We rented golf carts which make cruising around town a delight. Although we were happy to get in the extra exercise by walking everywhere (it is all very close), the carts are nice when you are too tired from shopping and it's getting hot. Remember to bring comfortable walking sandals for getting around...the downtown area is all cobblestones...murder on the feet and ankles. Only bring out those high heels if you have a ride!I highly recommend this villa for your next Sayulita stay. (We are already considering coming back again next year for the wedding party's first anniversary). The housekeeping service was great, plenty of towels, clean water, property managers were very helpful and accessible for questions, etc. The air conditioner worked great also (which is key in July.) This cute, small 1 bedroom studio with A/C, has its own kitchenette, a sitting area, and a QUEEN SIZE BED. It's the perfect add on to any of our 3 Bedroom houses if you are looking for a 4th Bedroom. There is no ocean view but this Casita shares all the amenities with all the Casas with the beach and ocean very close by. The Casita has no Wifi but the common areas at Hamacas do.Its a great addition to one of our Casas!
