Our Cancellation Policy:

We don't accept cancellations if canceling less than 3 months prior to your arrival date. If cancelling before than 3 months prior to your arrival date, we can offer an 80% refund of free rescheduling. 100% refunds if there is a lockdown 

We require ALL Reservations to pay a (REFUNDABLE) Damage Security Deposit of $400, regardless of your length of stay. If there are no lost or damaged items we will refund 5 days after guests departure.
